Shipping & Returns
Once your order is placed please allow up to 2 days for order to be dispatched. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Please make sure the shipping address is spelled correctly and that your order is shipping to a secure location, once the package is delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time.
Local packages are shipped via Servientrega. Please allow up to 1 day for order to de dispatched.
International packages are shipped via Correos del Ecuador who provide a delivery service within 12-15 business days from date of dispatch.
$18 Worldwide Shipping (weight up to 500 gr.) Unless stated through a promotion that we will provide free shipping.
Custom duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order for goods imported. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the receiver, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The receiver must pay the duties and taxes due on their package. The international shipping cost incurred at time of check out is nonrefundable.
All items are packaged securely.
All packages sent via Correos del Ecuador (local carrier) will have a tracking number assigned, once your order is shipped, we will provide this number for you to track your package. Make sure your order has the correct SHIPPING ADDRESS and that it is a secure location, once the package is delivered to the correct location, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Carla.Speck is not liable for any lost shipments.
Customers are responsible for claiming any lost or misplaced packages directly with Correos del Ecuador, we will, however, do our best to assist you.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival. Sale items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Returns/Merchandise must be received within 15 business days from the time of your request. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
Please be advised that for International orders returns may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destination. If you request a return of your order or refuse your shipment and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account. We do not provide return labels for international returns. Please use a service with a tracking number if you decide to return merchandise back to Ecuador.
